• Number of students must be confirmed one week prior to the start of class.
• Act Now Corporation will invoice the amount owing once the number of pupils have been confirmed.
• The amount invoiced is the amount due on the first day of the scheduled class. If there has been a change in the number of pupils (i.e. no shows) the company will still be charged the amount that they were invoiced, no exceptions.In the event the customer requires additional time for payment, (i.e. cheque processing times) Act Now Corporation will provide up to 30 days for full payment to be due.  Any delay in total payment must be discussed and agreed to by both Act Now and the customer prior to the start of classes. Late payment charges may apply to past due invoices.

Individual Bookings

• Act Now Corporation requires 3 business days to cancel your registration.  Failure to do so will result in FULL CHARGE to your credit card.  We will however allow 30 days for you to sign up for another one of our classes.  If you choose not to attend a scheduled class within 30 days, you will not be reimbursed the amount previously charged.
• Act Now Corporation will not give refunds to pupils who do not show up for class, or to individuals who fail to complete the whole course.
